Our salmons are made using the traditional swedish recipe, with sugar, salt, black and white pepper and dill. Every 6 hours the salmons are turned upside down for the entire 4 days process.
Shelf life: 25 days and 7 days once opened.
Sizes: whole salmon 2.4 kg, 500g , 300g , 150 g.
